It might look like I’m in Beijing but I’m actually in sunny Bracknell at Wellington College for a fantastic event with The Circle Trust.
I had the honour of speaking to the whole school family! That’s right, every adult in school! Everyone gathered together for a day where they could feel truly valued and reconnected to the difference they make.
It was an amazing day to spend time with these Everyday Heros who show up everyday to make a difference in the lives of young people. I loved the sense of belonging and community from every single person in the room.
