My keynote “Being 10% Braver” was featured in the main theatre, sponsored by FISERV (thank you!), and what an audience it was! IIn fact, it was a hive mind of tech giants like Thales and Genesys, retail leaders like TESCO, and innovative firms like Addison Lee all in one room.
The numbers tell a powerful story: • 89% mid-senior level pros ready to shake things up • 72% looking for their next big move • 62% of business owners with active budgets • Amazing mix of tech talent – from software wizards (28%) to AI innovators (7%)
What really made my heart sing? Seeing the incredible diversity in the room – almost half the attendees from ethnic minority backgrounds. Now that’s what I call representing the real future of tech and business leadership!
