Wow, what a day! Ed and I had the honour of bringing some positive disruption to the corporate world with a roomful of executive PAs. We came armed with our 10% Braver philosophy and enough energy to light up a city, determined to show these fabulous humans that their quirks are their superpowers.
From the moment we kicked off, it was clear this wasn’t your average day. We had these fantastic EAs up on their feet, pushing boundaries, embracing authenticity, and discovering the power of small, brave actions. The laughter was as loud as the lightbulb moments were bright, and by the end, the transformation was incredible. Gone were the hesitant professionals who walked in that morning – in their place stood a room full of courageous change-makers ready to be 10% braver.
